Ryan Smith is a ninth grader at Norwich Free Academy. He was awarded the Gold Presidential Service Award for Outstanding Academic Excellence when he graduated from Kelly Middle School, and he hopes to reach even greater heights at NFA.  He has always loved expressing himself and writing stories. He realizes that he still has a lot to learn, but he is determined to do all he can to make his dream of becoming an author a reality.  Ryan also enjoys playing soccer. Since the age of 3, he has been going to the pitch, looking for the ball and always trying his best. Some of Ryan's other hobbies include playing the piano, playing video games (his favorite is Xenoblade Chronicles), and enjoying tasty food.
