Coach Ted Koziol is not only the Girls Indoor Track Coach, but also the Boys Indoor Track Coach. On the boys side, the team is led by captains Mardocher Civil, Jack Dempsey, Wisin Hernandez, Elliott St. George, and Damaggio Casanova. Those captains are from a talented group of returners that also includes Isaiah Cajou, Serge Fabre, Jaz Gonzalez, Kolton Hawkins, Kevin Huang, Luke Nicholas, Connor Grant, and Marcus Gracia.
Koziol also noted that several newcomers will help the team be successful this year, including Ivan Cadet, Ryan Cleary, Jack Dempsey, Landon Little, Colby Simons, Liam Snide, Dwayne Smith, Antoine Walker, Austin Muench, and Kaleb Westervelt. Koziol said of his team
“We have a solid group of student-athletes that do an awesome job representing NFA.” He added that the NFA campus is “loaded with talent,” and he hopes that more students consider joining the track team in the future.
“We have something for everyone, whether it be sprinting, jumping, throwing, distance running or pole vault. The group of coaches have well over 100 years of combined coaching, which is something that very few schools have, and we can coach anything and everyone,” Koziol added.
