Coach Kara Kochanski-Vendola has been the NFA girls track coach for 23 seasons now, and has high hopes for the upcoming spring track season. A few key losses this season include graduated seniors Riley Davis and Karina Chan. Even with these losses the team is strong, with returning athletes like Junior Helen Muench running distance and Senior Trinity Ambruso for pole vault, who have had great success during their careers. Coach Kochanski is “excited for the season ahead and the potential this group has,” with this season’s goal being “to qualify as many athletes as possible for the Class LL Meet.” Coach Kochanski’s team is ready to compete at the ECC championship meet as well.
